A Central Attacking Midfielder (CAM) is a key playmaker positioned just behind the forwards, responsible for creating scoring opportunities through precise passes, dribbling, and tactical vision. This role requires excellent ball control, creativity, and the ability to link midfield and attack effectively. Often the team’s main source of offensive creativity, the CAM helps orchestrate attacks and can also contribute with goals and assists.
